People may decide to seek individual therapy for different reasons:
They may be experiencing some difficulties or changes in their life affecting them and/or their family and significant others.
They may also decide to come to therapy to have an opportunity to think about how they would like to improve their life, their confidence and self-esteem.
In our initial appointment, we will have a chance to discuss what your goals are and what change you would like to see and to assess if I am the right fit for you.
An individual session lasts 50 minutes. If we decided to start working together, we would meet weekly or fortnightly, based on what it would best suited for you and for your needs.
